Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us.
Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices and availability are subject to change at any time. All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed by Ticket Solutions. Online orders placed after 6PM Central Time weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next working day.
Ticket Solutions is a reseller of tickets, not the issuer of tickets, and frequently pays many times the original face value to obtain tickets that are in high demand. The amount you pay above face value reflects the cost of obtaining premium tickets.
When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets. Some tickets may be delivered electronically. They are the newest form of tickets called TicketFast tickets or e-tickets. These are your actual tickets. The name of the original purchaser may appear on your tickets. These tickets are transferable so these are yours.
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets, less any processing and shipping charges. If an event that is scheduled but not played (Playoff and Championships with a "best of" format like ALCS, NLCS and World Series Games), we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets, less any processing and shipping charges. If an event is postponed or the time is changed, the tickets will be honored for the new date and/or time of the event. Ticket Solutions is not responsible for time changes or time updates. We attempt to list event times local to the venue, but always check local listings for updated and correct event times. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made and you must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available. New tickets will not be issued by Ticket Solutions. In the rare case an event is not held, the tickets must be returned within 10 days for a full refund. If the purchaser is denied admission to the event, unless such denial is due to the action or omission of the purchaser or if the ticket is not delivered to the customer in the manner requested and pursuant to any delivery guarantees made by Ticket Solutions and such failure results in the purchaser's inability to attend the ticketed event, we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets, less any processing and shipping charges.
Orders with ticket groups of two are guaranteed to be together. All other quantities are not guaranteed to be consecutive. All attempts will be made by Ticket Solutions to group seats according to requested quantity.
Category descriptions are general descriptions of a seating area and actual seat locations will fall within sections as indicated on corresponding map. All orders are non-transferable.
Although we strive to meet and exceed our customer's expectations, in rare instances specific seat locations are not available. If the specific seats you have ordered are no longer available, we reserve the right to provide you with similar or better tickets at no additional cost to the customer. If no comparable tickets are available you will receive an email or phone call with alternative locations and pricing options.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the shipping method. Selection of Federal Express Shipping does not guarantee immediate delivery. In some instances, the distribution of tickets dictates a ship date closer to the event. All orders shipped outside of the continental United States will incur a Federal Express International Shipping charge.
Promotional codes are not valid in combination with other codes or for use with certain events at the discretion of Ticket Solutions at the time of order.
All listed ticket prices are in U.S. dollars and cents.
Events taking place within the state of Kansas will have sales tax added to the order.
