Tar Heels Dominate Early Signing Period

The fellow in the above video is John Henson, a 6-10, 5-star forward who represents the crown jewel of North Carolina’s top-rated 2009 early signing period class. In what amounts to a “rich get richer” situation, the early signing period rankings have been published and while they seem to disagree with one another, they do have a consensus on which school has the best early signing period class — the North Carolina Tar Heels.

Each of the big three (Rivals, Scout, ESPN) have also have Texas with the second highest rated class, but that’s primarily where the similarities end.
